Lead A Woman's WAy
Collaboration Community

This is not a networking group, a sales group or a strict referral group. There are no 30 second elevator pitches, no name tags, no set speakers  - those are men's concepts. There is nothing wrong with those groups, but this is different.

The first quality of leading a woman's way is collaboration.  We want to get to know you, we want to know how we can help you, and we want to celebrate with you.

​

Women in this room may not be your ideal client, but they probably know people that are.

This is an education, celebration, workshopping challenges, abundance mindset environment to collaborate and grow you, your team and your community.  

 

As you arrive

Get settled in (you can leave your shoes on) 

Get the Leadership Theme or topic.

Select an oracle card. 

As people arrive, this is your conversation starter.

Then we will gather as a group.

I will welcome you. There will be a 5 minute leadership discussion on the topic or theme for the evening. We will have a group discussion on the theme or topic involving your oracle cards and sharing from your conversations (with permission)

Then we will take turns around the circle answering these questions: 

     (please don't worry about memorizing these or a response, intuition is another quality of leading a         woman's way - this is a perfect place to practice)
     What's your name? 
     What you love?  
     What you love about your work (for you)?  
     What is your favorite moment in your work?
     What is something you are proud of right now?
     What is a challenge you are having or a collaboration that would be helpful?
Then there will be open socializing time.

Las Cruces, NM community. We will gather in my home, as women have done for a millennia. It isn't a show home, it is my home. Pet hair, dust, on going renovations and all. It isn't perfect, and you are welcomed into it.

​Yes it is in my home. No you are not trapped nor will you be pressured into my programs.  Yes, I am a Leadership Coach and Consultant.  Yes we will talk about leadership.

​(Soon to come online community - same schedule, minus the pet hair and dust... still isn't perfect you are still so welcomed into it. )

I have led these groups before, in other locations.  Powerful bonds are made, deep relationships are made, businesses grow and our communities benefit.

Bring your favorite beverage and a snack if you choose.  
(Dishes to share are welcomed with ingredient lists available food intolerances and allergies).
