LAWW Collaboration and Connection Community

This is not a networking group, a sales group or a strict referral group. There are no 30 second elevator pitches, no name tags, no set speakers - those are men's concepts. There is nothing wrong with those groups, but this is different.

One of the qualities of leading a woman's way is collaboration. We want to get to know you, we want to know how we can help you, and we want to celebrate with you. This group is with the idea, that the women in this room may not be your ideal client, but they probably know people that are. This is an education, celebration, workshopping challenges, abundance mindset environment to collaborate and grow you, your team and your community. I have led these groups before, in other locations. Powerful bonds are made, deep relationships are made, businesses grow and our communities benefit.

Bring your favorite beverage and a snack if you choose.

(Dishes to share are welcomed with ingredient lists available food intolerances and allergies).

As you arrive you will select an oracle card. It will give you a topic to begin conversation with. There will be a leadership theme or a topic for the night.

Then as a group we will take turns answering these questions:

What's your name?

What you love?

What you love about your work (for you)?

What is your favorite moment in your work?

What is something you are proud of right now?

What is a challenge you are having or a collaboration that would be helpful?

Then there will be open socializing time.

Las Cruces, NM community. We will gather in my home, as women have done for a millennia. It isn't a show home, it is my home. Pet hair, dust, on going renovations and all. It isn't perfect, and you are welcomed into it.
